Great service, Good pizza, order was ready when I showed up. Go try this little Caesars, don't let the other review throw you on this location, just order on the app so you don't have to wait, then you're just setting your self up :) cheers!

Absolutely the worst Little Caesar's location in Texas. The only way I can recommend this Little Caesar's is if you are feeling angry and want to argue and be right about something, and you like taking your frustrations out on teenagers, THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION.

So what keeps me coming here? Well if there's one thing I've learned in this crazy old world it is nothing is absolute. I know eventually... eventually... they will get an order right. It's been over a year now since I've had them get an order right, it's coming. Someday the universe will even out!

Lemme just give you one little episode. Two pizza order, deep dish pepperoni and pineapple (my kids love it), and a classic pepperoni with a side of crazy bread. Pretty simple? For YOU the average (or above average) Yelp denizen, yes! but for the likes of the employees at this particular location, you would be dead dog wrong.

So I roll in to pick up the order. Well, they only have the one "create your own" pepperoni and pineapple ready. They forgot to make the classic. Sure it's on the Hot 'n' Ready menu, but nope, they plum forgot to cook the pizza that, in theory, should be ready even when you don't call ahead.

Sidenote, they never have the Hot 'n' Ready you want here. You're lucky if they've got any Hot 'n' Ready in their little warmer deal. Yes, it's really this incompetent at all business hours.

So I sit down on one of them Sit 'n' Waiting stools they've got. 10 minutes goes by. 20 minutes goes by. Nobody is to be found at the counter. Customers arrive and exit in disbelief and confusion that nobody but me is seemingly in the franchise.

30 minutes has not passed. So I call out to the heavens for the pimply faced employee. He comes back out. Oops! He tells me. He went on break, and they plum forgot to cook the classic pepperoni pizza! The ones that most people come here for. No apologies or anything like that.

Of course, at this point I don't want an apology, I want my pizza.

So they get back there, and time passes. They bring out my pizza. I've been here for an hour now. I take both my pizzas, remind them of the crazy bread, and bring them home to feed my family.

Well now the oops is on me because Whoops! They for got to put cheese on the pepperoni and pineapple. THE CHEESE. They forgot to put CHEESE on a PIZZA.

I gave up though, but I didn't really give up because I have hope. I have hope one day I will place an order (because you have to, they never have Hot 'n' Ready, see the other reviews if you don't believe me) and I will show up at Little Caesar's eager to finalize my online transaction and receive a pizza in return that is correct and has cheese, crust, pepperoni, maybe pineapple if I'm feeling wild.

But you guys, just go somewhere else. Seriously. This place needs to go away.

I'm currently highly dissatisfied with this store. As a paying customer, I feel completely unappreciated, disrespected and frustrated.
I call and place my order, everything was fine. My husband is kind of particular and he wanted to call to make sure it was going to be fresh food because he prefers it that way. He calls twice. No answers for 3-5 minutes on the line. By the second call the lady who took my order finally answers the phone and acts as if it's inconvenient to be calling. She answers with absolute attitude. When he requests the pizza is fresh her response is "Sir it's going to be fresh because we don't have anything ready right now" as if my husband is supposed to know that. I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it because I understand people have their days. I paid for 3 sauces. 1 crazy sauce and 2 garlic. when I order something I would like to get all my items. I send my husband to pick up the pizza and she gives him no receipt so he can't check it to make sure he has everything. Well I I don't receive my 2 garlic sauces I just paid for. So not only was I an annoyance to this woman but she didn't make sure I got everything I asked for. I do NOT appreciate being disrespected or feeling as if I'm an annoyance when I'm choosing to give my money to this establishment. I'm considering choosing a different store to go to because of how rude the employee

The workers talk about the customers and the orders placed and for some reason they must think we can't hear them. I ordered 2 pizza's and crazy bread and a cheese bread and I heard one of the girls in the back complaining saying (omg who just orders so much bread!) 1st of all just do the damn job your getting paid to do and 2nd) Half the time your workers are to busy playing and joking around with each other instead of doing their damn jobs.

One of the biggest lies since the invention of the lie is "hot and ready".  I have been there at 3:59, 4:00, 4:01 and various times around 7-8pm.  Without exception they never have a stuffed crust pizza ready.  Some times they tell me they just sold it other times I hear its being made.  It reminded me of the times I went to Pizza patron and ordered the "lista" pizzas only to find out that lista means 10 minutes. Im no pizza scientist but either put them in at  3:50 perhaps have more than 1 pizza ready at a time... I love when they ask do you want to try a hot and ready stuffed crust pizza?  When I say yes they respond it will be 10 minutes, ugh.  So now my response is do you have one ready? or what do you have ready?
